● 產品簡介：

   本產品包含10種純化的預染蛋白質組成，分子量范圍為10kD-170kD，其中70kD條帶為紅色，10kD條帶為綠色，其余條帶為藍色，可以用于SDS-PAGE和Western Blot轉膜時確定未知蛋白的分子量。

● 使用說明：

a 第一次收到該產品，室溫融化后，徹底混勻，離心快甩將溶液完全收集到管底，根據需要適量分裝成小管，-20℃貯存，每次取一小管使用。

b-20℃取一管樣品，徹底融化，上樣量根據膠的厚度和梳子的寬度確定。一般說來，0.75mm×5mm（厚度×寬度）的加樣孔上樣5μl，其他規格梳子請適當調整上樣量。

c 電泳結束后，可以直接在膠上觀察結果。
