    產品簡介:

       本產品包含10種純化的預染蛋白質組成,分子量范圍為10-180 kD,其中75 kD條帶為紅色,25 kD條帶為綠色,其余條帶為藍色,可以用于SDS-PAGEWestern Blot轉膜時確定未知蛋白的分子量。

    使用說明:

    a 第一次收到該產品,常溫融化后,徹底混勻,離心快甩將溶液完全收集到管底,不要加熱處理。

    b上樣量根據膠的厚度和梳子的寬度確定。一般說來,0.75mm×5mm(厚度×寬度)的加樣孔上樣5μl,其他規格梳子請適當調整上樣量。

    c 電泳結束后,可以直接在膠上觀察結果。

    d 預染蛋白Marker在不同的凝膠系統中遷移率會有不同,導致有不同的表觀分子量,因此只能用來粗略估計目的蛋白的大小。如要精確確定蛋白的大小,請在同一凝膠系統中用非預染蛋白Marker來標定預染蛋白Marker的分子量。
