● 產品簡介：

本產品是由6條帶狀雙鏈DNA條帶組成，適用于瓊脂糖凝膠電泳中DNA條帶的分析。產品中已含有1×loading buffer，可根據實驗需要，直接取2-5μl電泳，使用方便，電泳圖像清晰。6條帶的大小分別為100，250，500，750，1000，2000bp。其中750bp條帶為100ng/5μl，顯示加亮帶，其余條帶濃度50ng/5μl。

● 使用方法：

1. 取2-5μl本產品加入到瓊脂糖凝膠的加樣孔中（每1mm×1mm加樣孔加1μl，如果加樣孔寬于

5mm，可以適當增加上樣量）就行電泳。

2. 建議電泳條件：凝膠濃度為1.5-2.0％，凝膠長度5-7cm，電泳電壓4-10v/cm，電泳時間15-20

分鐘。

3. 通過EB染色后紫外燈下觀察條帶。

注：如果使用Goldview等染料就行染色，由于靈敏度比EB低，請酌情增加Marker的上樣量。

● 注意事項：

1. 瓊脂糖的質量對DNA的電泳有很大影響，電泳時請盡量使用質量優等的瓊脂糖。

 

2. 請使用新鮮配制的電泳緩沖液和新鮮配制的瓊脂糖凝膠進行電泳，以保證Marker良好的分離效果。
